I also wanted to broadcast my thanks for the packages you and Paula sent! Everything arrived in good shape for the most part. Some of the softer cheeses were a little questionable on the outside, nothing a little trim with the knife couldn't handle - and besides, it could just be considered part of the aging process :) P.S. Nick is slightly resentful - but he will get over it.
